• “Services” include divination consultations (Bazi, Ziwei Dou Shu, zodiac & Five Elements analysis), custom crystal-bracelet design, and sale of ready-to-wear products.

Account Registration

1. To access certain Services, you must register and provide accurate, complete information.

Products and Services

1. Consultations are advisory and for personal guidance only. They do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
2. Custom Bracelets are made per your birth data and energy profile. Production begins only after confirmation and payment.
3. Ready-to-Wear Products are subject to availability; photos are for illustration—actual color and clarity may vary.

Orders, Payment & Shipping

1. All prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, or fees levied by your country.
2. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as displayed.
3. Shipping times: Standard (7–14 business days), Express (3–7 business days). Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

1. Custom Orders: Non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.
2. Ready-to-Wear: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unworn and in original packaging.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site—text, graphics, images, logos, and software—is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
